Often when Evashred receives an enquiry we get asked a series of questions relating to their specific product and will be asked how their products would shred in Evashred shredders.

Usually we need to ask our own sets of questions to learn about what is being shredded before we can provide an answer.

It most cases questions raised during these discussions can easily be answered by simply shredding the clients sample products to see the effects of shredding. This has proven to be the best way to determine if shredding a product produces the desired outcome or a reduction in volume of that product.

Often the clients are looking for volume reduction, but some are looking for a specific particle size to come from the shredder. It’s all about learning what the product to process is and what the customer requires as a result from shredding.

Evashred sees value in assisting clients in the early stages of recycling or reprocessing products to be either recycled or repurposed as a new product.

Often clients are not aware of the power or the size of the Evashred machines or what they can process and produce. Because of this, Evashred has a dedicated factory test shredder always available to shred test products for any clients or new enquiries received.

Our Factory test Evashred EV60E shredder has seen many different products to shred over time, too many to list but take a look at some of the images below showing some of the products after shredding.
